Q: Why has my product gone soft/hard?

A: All of our ingredient are 100% natural. We don't use any synthetic, chemical stabilisers unlike many shop bought brands. This means your product may be temperature sensitive. Always store away from direct sunlight. If your product becomes too soft in high temperatures, simply give it a little stir and pop into the fridge for a while. In cold temperatures it may become a little hard, scoop out the amount that you need and it will soon melt into the warmth of your skin.

 

Q: Where is my order/What are your delivery times?

A: Unless otherwise stated, we always aim to process and despatch your order within 1 to 2 working days using Evri 2-4 Day Delivery Service. If you have still not received your order within 7 days of purchase, please contact us. 

 

Q: What are your ingredients? 

A: All of the products on our website have their full ingredients listed on the product page below the description. 

 

Q: What's the product shelf life? 

A: Because our product ingredients are 100% natural with no chemical preservatives, products are best used within 12 Months of opening. 

 

Q: Are your products safe to use on children and/or in pregnancy?

A: All of our products have been assessed and passed the Cosmetic Products Safety Report, which means a qualified chemist has certified that they are safe for general use. 

Products specifically marketed to young children require extra safety assessments, so we don’t recommend our products for children 3 years and under.

We’re unable to make recommendations regarding pregnancy. We always advise that during pregnancy, the customer asks their medical professional for advise
